Letter from Francisco de Goya to Martín Zapater (1746-1803), his childhood friend in Zaragoza, with condolences for the death of Zapater's sister; news of the delicate health of Goya's father; aspiration of Camilo Goya to a curate in Toledo; sending a painting of the Assumption of the Virgin to Zaragoza for an altar of the sculptor Joaquín Aralí in the church of Carmen; request for a fanega of cornmeal, and rejection of the commission of several paintings, including a St. Easter and a Dolorosa, for the house of Villamayor.
